Back to the River by Rhian Swain
2025 Augusta Poster Show · Rhian Swain
From the Artist
For over 20 years, Rhian Swain has illustrated the joyful chaos of Arts in the Heart—but this is the first time she’s submitting one to the show. Set on the Augusta Common with the Riverwalk and Savannah River just beyond, Back to the River captures the heart of the festival: performers on the main stage, sculptures from the city’s trail, and a kaleidoscope of people who call Augusta home. It’s colorful, crowded, and full of love—just like the event itself.
