From the Artist
As someone who did not grow up in Augusta but has chosen to make it my home, the things I love about this city may differ from those who have lived here their entire lives. My perspective as a transplant has given me a deep appreciation for what makes Augusta truly special. Through my poster, I highlight the reason I chose to stay: the vibrant and welcoming art community. The people of Augusta have made all the difference — their kindness, support, and shared passion have created a sense of belonging unlike anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. Having lived in many different places, I can confidently say that the spirit of community here is truly unmatched.
