From the Artist
With bold typography and vibrant contrast, Clarissa Gainey transforms the city’s name into a visual rhythm— one that feels equal parts academic and expressive. A professor of design at Augusta University, Gainey brings her expert eye to this floral-forward composition, where electric color and structured type collide. The result is a piece that blooms with personality while remaining rooted in form—a graphic love letter to place, growth and design itself.
